insurance

I can provide proof of payment for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance. I suggest you ask your provider what your “out of network” reimbursement policy is in order to find out what you can receive from insurance.

sliding scale

Providing affordable psychotherapy is an important value within my practice. In hopes of making services more accessible, I reserve a third of my practice for sliding scale spots, ranging from $100-$180.

When clients are able to pay full fee, it increases the availability of my services to those with fewer economic resources.

As of January 2024, my sliding scale is currently full.

Please reach out if you would like to be added to my wait list.

notice of good faith

Under the law, health care providers (including therapists) are asked to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises

cancellation policy

24 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The full fee for the session will be charged for late cancellations and no shows.
