Psychotherapist with a gentle smile.

My formal education includes a B.A. in Sociology, minor. in comparative religions from Colorado College and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Somatics, from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

As a therapist, I have worked in sliding scale private practice clinics as well as in a variety of community mental health settings including crisis stabilization, post incarceration services, and eating disorder programs. All continue to inform my anti-oppressive approach to this work.

I am deeply nourished by time spent with my dogs, in silence, near or submerged in water, cooking and baking, walking, and sharing time with loving souls I hold dear.

I value being in relationship to myself and others in a way that is honest, accountable, kind and engaged.

I am a guest who lives, works and is in relationship on/to stolen Chochenyo Ohlone land. I connect with the waters, salted and fresh, the rolling landscape and am grounded by the scent of the foliage. In hopes of actively honoring this, a portion of my fee goes to the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust.

"Right here in our bodies, in our defense of our right to experience joy, in the refusal to abandon the place where we have been most completely invaded & colonized, in our determination to make the bombed & defoliated lands flower again and bear fruit, here where we have been most shamed is one of the most radical & sacred places from which to transform the world."
